What a commitment is worth, from the prices sellers publish.
For each seller that publishes both, the committed price as a discount to the same product's on-demand price on the same day. Taken within one seller, one product and one currency, a discount needs no FX and carries no mix of sellers. It is a research table beside the index, not a series in it, and nothing on this page enters a print.
Discount to on-demand, by seller
One figure per seller, GPU and tenor: the median across that seller's products and regions, with the range in brackets where they differ. Each row restates one seller's own rate card.

Stated by the seller as percentages rather than prices, and applied in the table above to each GPU it priced on demand that day:
- verda (neocloud), self-service GPU instances: 1m 2%, 3m 3%, 6m 4%, 1y 8%, 2y 25% off on-demand. Checked 11 Sep 2026.
Pooled across sellers
None. A pooled figure needs three sellers in one segment publishing the same GPU at the same tenor; on 12 Sep 2026 the best-covered cell had 2.
Hyperscaler reservations and neocloud commitments are shown separately and never pooled: they are different products at very different discounts.
Contributed term prices
The term prices a lender or a buyer needs are in contracts and firm quotes, not on rate cards. Sellers, buyers and brokers can contribute them under the rules in CONTRIBUTING-PRICES.md: stored outside the public repository, one price per contributor, a median published only with three contributors and no contributor above half the volume, quartiles only with five. Contributed figures cannot be recomputed from public data and are labelled so.
No contributed cell has been published.
What is left out
- Prices quoted as a range or a floor with no stated tenor, such as reserved cluster pricing "from" a figure.
- Windows-licensed instances: the licence is not compute.
- Any pair in which the committed price is above the on-demand price.
- Latitude.sh's prepaid annual price, which its collector does not record. Its monthly price is kept.
