Series identifiers

The site publishes the TCI-CRI‑* names. The data files still carry the original EU-CRI‑* keys, and will until the rename is executed as a governed change with a published old→new mapping and an effective date. Until then, read EU-CRI-H100 in the files as TCI-CRI-H100 on this site: same series, same history, same values.

Terms of use, in short

The full text is in DATA-TERMS.md; this is a summary, and the document governs.

Non-commercialFree, no permission needed — research, teaching, journalism, verification, critique, reproducibility packages. Attribution required. Verification is never restricted: if you believe a print is wrong, you may publish everything needed to demonstrate it.
CommercialPaid products, terminals, resale, or financial-instrument use require permission — contact rusch.mh@gmail.com. Terms are being finalised; enquiries are welcome now.
Never permittedUse as a reference price in a financial instrument or contract. That is a governance restriction, not a commercial one, and it is not for sale at any price.
Software & docsThe code is Apache 2.0 and the methodology is CC BY 4.0, so every print here can be recomputed and checked independently.

How to cite a value

Cite the print date, the methodology version and the lock hash, so the claim is checkable rather than merely attributed.
